Branch Forum is pleased to accept your personal contribution to enable us to further our mission. Under Texas law we are unable to accept contributions from corporations, from partnerships where one or more partners are corporations, or from unions.

Political Action Committees, professional corporations, and LLC's may contribute as can partnerships where all the partners are natural persons. All donors must be US Citizens or legal residents. All donors must identify themselves with name and address. Contributions in cash, i.e., currency, may not exceed $100 per donor. On line contributions via Paypal from properly identified donors are not considered cash. You may use Paypal to charge a contribution to your credit card.

Texas law does not provide for a limit on the amount of contributions (other than to a judicial candidate). Contributions are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution for Federal income tax purposes.
